The MEC Workout Planner is a personalised digital product. It is created from your answers and delivered immediately, so we don’t offer refunds or cancellations once a plan has been purchased. That’s why you can preview how your plan is structured before you pay.
If you paid but didn’t receive your plan, or the file won’t open, contact us with your payment details and we will send your plan again.
Gym membership, admission fee, classes and personal training
Membership fees, the ₹1,300 admission fee, class fees and personal training fees are non-refundable once paid. Memberships can’t be paused or extended.
One-day trial
The ₹200 one-day trial fee is for that day’s access and is non-refundable.
