Frequently asked questions
How often should I see a personal trainer?
Two to three sessions a week gives the best results for most people. Once a week works if you also train on your own.
Is personal training worth it for beginners?
It is one of the best ways to start, because you learn correct technique from day one.
Can a personal trainer help with weight loss?
Yes. A trainer helps you build strength and fitness and stay consistent, which together with sensible eating is what drives fat loss.
